Just how tall is Sailor Pluto?

This reads like a logic problem:

* Sailor Pluto is approximately the same height as Sailor Star Maker.
* Pluto is a few centimeters taller than Uranus.
* Neptune is the same difference in height from Uranus as Uranus is to Pluto, and Neptune and Star Fighter are the same height.
* Star Healer is a few centimeters shorter than Star Fighter and Neptune.
* Jupiter is the tallest of the Inner Senshi.
* Jupiter's eye level is about equal with the top of Venus' head.
* Mars and Moon are about level with each other, and with Jupiter's shoulders.
* Mercury is a few centimeters shorter than Venus, about level with the bottom of Venus' bow (but not the ribbon that hangs down)
* Jupiter is a few centimeters taller than Asanuma.
* Asanuma and Unazuki are the same height.
* Moon is shorter than both Asanuma and Unazuki by several centimeters, but she is taller than Shingo and Chibimoon.
* Shingo is at Moon's eye-level.
* The top of Chibimoon's head (not her buns) is level with the bottom of Moon's front bow/ribbon on her Sailor Fuku.
* The top of Moon's head (again, not her buns) is level with the middle portion of Black Lady's buns. Thus, Moon is taller than Black Lady.
* Saturn is level with Neptune's tiara, and about 1-2 centimeters above Pluto's Garnet Rod, the top of which is level with the top of Pluto's head.

Something interesting to note: I got all the above from height comparison charts in the Materials Collection artbook. There's a Sailor Team profile on Vol. 10 of the original manga (not the reprints), but it doesn't include height for any of the Sailor Senshi. The only place where I know the heights are is in the Sailor Moon RPG book, published by Guardians of Order, and they Made Shit Up. Plus, there is no way in hell that I will believe Pluto, the tallest of the Senshi, is only 5'6".

So, how tall is Pluto? Cite sources, please. (That is, if Takeuchi gave heights in another manga or artbook, please let me know!)
