These videos are comprised of a majority of fanart which was stolen and not credited to the appropriate artist(s). I'm not sure whether the person who put them on YouTube (it is the same for both videos, though in one, she claims she "found it, not made it" but ~~it's unclear whether she's referring to the video or all the art/images in it~~.

ETA: She did make them. And she admits to having taken the images too (she says she knew where they were from), but
a) she didn't know how to get ahold of me until now (bullshit)
b) she's not the only one who took those pictures (as if that makes it okay)

A person named "Becky" (email: kittylovemusic@hotmail.com) emailed me the links, claiming she made them.

I already commented on one saying that I didn't appreciate artwork from my site (since much of the fanart can be seen on Blue Eyes and Apricots, as I'm ashamed to admit it would be used for such nefarious purposes) and personal spaces being stolen. Almost all the still images from the animated series are watermarked with Kokoro no Naka's logo, and no credit is given to Fran, either.

I asked the author to take the video down, and I hope you will do the same.

ETA: The author deleted my comments on the video posts, so I put them back up and commented on her profile. ~~She has not responded to my second email where I politely asked her to stop apologizing (more like whining, though I didn't say that) and just take the videos down.~~

She has finally responded to my email and said she's taken the videos down. I checked, and so far the three I originally saw are gone. I'm not sure about the ones by other users. She also sent me this comment: ok. i deleted them. just please don't contact them, i'm only 15 and i don't want to get in huge triuble with anybody.

Maybe you should have thought of that BEFORE YOU STOLE ART THAT WASN'T YOURS!

A user called TeaKaiba (who may have also used stolen artwork) said this to me in a profile comment:
I´m sorry for taking one of your pictures, but it´s a bit difficult to remember each single site from where I´ve ever taken some fanarts or similar. And I think, who creates things like this should be aware that other people could use it without his knowledge. Anyway, whats wrong with this? If you belong to a minority like us Azureshippers, you shoud be thankful for each new member. At least, I am.

I sent a comment back on her profile: Let me make something clear: You did not just take "one" of my pictures, you took SEVERAL of them, from MY site. There was a note at the top of the page saying YOU MAY NOT TAKE THESE IMAGES AND USE THEM UNLESS YOU ASK PERMISSION. And you did not. Therefore, you STOLE them. The artists gave *me* permission to display the images, with the idea that if anyone liked them or wanted to use them, THEY WOULD HAVE THE COURTESY OF ASKING! Finally, regardless of whether Azureshipping is a minority (and truthfully, it's not. There are hundreds of members at the Fanlisting, and plenty of authors/artists who support them), YOU STILL STOLE. Maybe if you'd asked permission in advance, I would have been fine with it. But you didn't, and so I am mad, and I WANT THE VIDEO REMOVED.

If she doesn't comply, I will write to YouTube about this.
