Holy crap. It's officially been a YEAR since I've worked on Prophecy Girl. X_X It doesn't feel like it's been that long... *whimpers* I honestly never mean for my fics to get "this" unfinished... I do have a planner for PG and everything, but I wrote parts of it (specifically Chapters 7 and 9) out of order. And while I DID start thinking of it today, my blurb about what's supposed to happen in Chapter 3 is like... "Well, gee, that's real helpful." In other words, not at all. I could keep letting it sit, or let some betas look at it-- maybe [livejournal.com profile] betasquad? *shrug*

At least with WDKY and Co7, I have much more THOROUGH planners... ;_; Planners are really only a recent thing I've started doing... and I still have scraps of paper and notebooks littered about my room-- notations for everything from WDKY to The Joke's On You. The hard part's compiling everything and making sure I have backups. ^^;

I've also been VERY VERY slow... or perhaps non-existent in icontest communities. Maybe [livejournal.com profile] baine and I have switched places or something-- she doesn't write as much, she does icons. I write more, but I don't do icons! o_O Is there some kind of cardinal rule that says I MUST make icons for my own community? I probably should, since so far, people have only spotted the "coincidences" between the Knight of Swords (Kaiba) and the High Priestess (Isis). What about the other cards, HMM!? Anyway, the cut-off for icons for [livejournal.com profile] ygo_offtopicon is tomorrow night at 11:59pm PST.

Ugh, I have a tummy ache. Remind me to NEVER eat spinach ever again, okay?

...At least WDKY17's coming along. And sooner or later, I will start painting, and I will sign up for a driver's ed class (how much do you expect they'd be? I don't have my own car to "supply," is that okay? What should I look for? How did YOU learn to drive?).

Gek... I hate tummy aches.

I learned through a school program . . . I wanna say it was something like $60.00. You don't need a car for lessons. They provide that for you. You do need to supply your own car for the test though. Um, I learned to drive with my parents, but only - ya know - how to stay in the lines, red light means stop, don't cross railroad tracks without first stopping, that kinda thing. You learn stick and automatic, laws/regulations, how to sign if your signal lights aren't working -- that kinda thing in classes. Ah, and - of course - the practical side, actual DRIVING with your instructor ^_^ I don't know if it's universal, but the classes I took were simulated. There was like a movie (outdated but functional) and we all had our own consoles which recorded if we hit anything/one, was speeding, didn't hit the breaks when we were supposed to, used signal lights . . . that sorta thing, so you might wanna look for classes with that if it interests ya.

Spinach doesn't sit well with me either... XP

Yey for driver's class. Around here, they do offer it in school for a pretty reasonable price... ^^; But MY SCHOOL doesn't have a great program, soo... I didn't go that route.

My step-dad'll be teaching me most, but the classes are required if you're under 18 I believe. The general range here is $100-300...x__x; And for your tests, a car is not provided. There's a set amount of hours of Behind the Wheel you need, which a car is provided, but they are what beef up the cost of the course...x__x; I'm not sure if the permit and license tests cost anything.... _^_ I'm gonna go through the process soon, so whatever info, I'll pass your way when I find it.
