Okay, so I've been a bad girl and sort of neglecting Dragonfayth's bugs for some time, and then I discovered eFiction (the script powering the archive) switched hands, and I don't even know what's up with it anymore. I'm looking for alternatives and have heard of this place called "Skyehawke" powered by Storyline, which is a coding script by IO Designs. I went to their website, but only got a blank page. I went to the Wayback Machine, and there are NO pages whatsoever for IO Designs during 2005.

...Where did people get the script? Does anyone know of any fanfiction archive scripts, alternatives to eFiction?
* Storyline - Available ???
* Archangel/InkTank - Available via hotscripts.com (Check out this sample version and tell me what you think)
* Fictioneer - Available via hotscripts.com (requires PostNuke - ???)

I know eFiction 1.5 is in the works, but I'm not sure about it-- I've seen lots of archives do a fabulous job with the script, so I'm still a bit lost as to where I went wrong, etc. All I know is that moving, changing databases and the like is a big pain.

Notification for the site seems to be working just fine, as does uploading, but the skins is all buggy... as much as I dreamed of having a wide array of character-specific skins, it might be best just to have 1-3 options. Not to sound FFnet-y, but what's really the point of skins, anyway? The site just needs to be legible.

I want to get back to making icons and writing fics, as web-authoring, coding, and programming just gives me a headache. I wish there was a way to streamline all my sites. X_X

Other than that, I need to get cracking on my stuff for JOUR 110, some extra credit for Astronomy and Sociology (as always) .... MOU! For once I actually want to be outside, or doing something menial. Like making smoothies...
