Well, looks like there's another Queen of B.S.-- Moi! I worked over the past few days on my replacemnet final drawing for CAD class-- the Weapons of Final Fantasy X. I managed to get one of Kimahri's lances, Yuna's wand/rod (the Astral Rod, I think), and Wakka's Blitzball finished and rendered. I initially scanned in a BG of the Palace of St. Bevelle, but it was too busy, so I changed it to a white BG with the FFX logo on it. ^_^ It's simple and strange looking-- and far from being one of the better drawings in class, but I got it done.

I don't know how long it'll be till we make our five minute presentations (and next to no one is here; maybe 10 or so people from my class of 30+) so I wonder how that'll affect everyone's grades... I'll tell the truth though: I bit off more than I could chew with the Kaiba Kraft, and maybe one day I'll make it-- just not today, or anytime soon. ^^; I really wish I could have made Auron's Masamune or Tidus's Brotherhood sword... but it was too hard just getting the shapes. ^^;;

Can I make a request? Purty please? I know on my wishlist I requested fanart/ficart for my fics, but I've sort of kind of changed my mind. Kind of. In conjunction with my desperate desire to be creative and busy this holiday season, I'd really like to get layouts up for all my websites, even the ones I haven't [ever] touched. I'd also like to update sites with old layouts, like BEA, DRFA, and Darkness Rising. The Mana/Magician's Valkyrie idea never really panned out, but I'm looking at other options-- some bishoujo from the actual TCG, of course! A Harpie's layout, or maybe a Soul Release? ^_^

ANYWAY-- my request. I'm a sucker for all things holiday-themed, be they winter or Christmas or whatnot. And since the usual-megaopolis of YGO fanart (Janime) is sorely lacking in [decent] Xmas fare, I'd like a request-- some Yu-Gi-Oh holiday-themed fanart! Bonus points (and prizes) if you make it Seto/Anzu! *grin* We lubble you~

TODAY!
* Get a wrap for my sort-of too-showy gown for the Bar Mitzvah on Saturday
* Pack my bags-- including my PS2, my craft supplies, and all the clothes, etc. I'll need to survive in San Francisco. I will resist bringing any manga or excessive amounts of books... just a list of what I have/need. ^_^
* The first night of Chanukkah! I make a silly big deal about this even though I'm not really Jewish (surprisingly, plenty of people will argue that I'm half-- those same people that several years ago said "No Jewish MA, no JEW!"). Scott's coming over tonight for latkes, and maybe I can fish out a dreidel so we can bet on the gelt Baba bought at Long's. ^-^ Scott seemed a bit uncomfy about the prospect of him being there for the menorah lighting, though. It's not as though he's very strongly another religion-- he's Buddhist, and that's one of the most accepting religions of all like, anywhere, right? *confused*

Besides, it's the one and only opportunity anyone will ever have to hear *ME* speak Hebrew! (Read: the only Hebrew I know...)

Anyway... time to do my project thang! Wish me luck.

Er.. that's misspelled, isn't it? Oops is that another spelling error? 0_o wow, this cold is really getting to me. Well, you know what I mean: happy Jewish holiday and have fun with your Hebrew!

LOL-- you know, I think I said it in a past post, but there are about 20x different ways to spell Chanukkah, so the double-n, one-k one is probably okay in some book.
