I came back from Cris's house in the Presidio around 10:30am this morning-- a quick and easy bus-ride home on the 28 with Jimbo. Last night was fun-- we played the Cheapass Game that Jimbo and I bought from the Japantown collectibles store, "Kill Doctor Lucky," and man was it long! Over 2 and a half hours, and Jimbo finally did the good doctor in with the monkey hand in the Foyer.
Bruce and James were also there, and shortly after 1am, when everyone started heading to sleep (in Bruce's case, he went home) James actually TMd me (even though he was in the other room!) and apologized for "what happened the last time I was there." He means that time I was flirting/messing around with him, but I had no idea how old he was (30!) and... well, yeah. But we got along great that night, plus we're both "taken" now, so I said it was okay, my fault too, and all was well. I didn't actually get to SLEEP until 6am (why am I not surprised), but I did come up with a bucketload more ideas for WDKY15-- teh yay!
When I finally got home and conked back out again (after a waffle, which I think gave me the stomachache I have now), I had two weird dreams: one about being kidnapped and stuck somewhere dark and dank, and the second about (of course) Jason, and the possibility-that's-going-nowhere of seeing him again. Something about me being inside a building, and one of my friends telling me people were waiting outside... I walked out with that person dragging me along (I have a feeling it's Katia, which leads me to believe it's residual from that time in the RO room when she dragged me in to see Jason and I practically clawed her eyes out) and we got to this garden-like area, and there everyone was. And I mean everyone: Alex Chun, Johnny Sung, Harry, and probably everyone else like Michelle, Nancy, Joyce... I know Sheila was there, as was Eva, and probably Sung, too. I remember bowing in one of my weird ways to Jason and Alex, and then I think I hugged both of them (!!) and we went off somewhere.
-_- I half-wish my dreams were still prophetic.
Anyway, what follows is a highly-opinionated article, penned by none other than ME, mistress of this journal, and ranter of all things mole-hilly. ( Viz is going to Hell, and they're taking Yu-Gi-Oh with them! )
BONFIRE UPDATE! So it's been raining pretty miserably here lately... and as much as I'd like to claim the power over weather, I hold no such position among the Gods, so if it rains on Sunday, the bonfire's canceled. I still hope to see most of you at the LJ party (meeting at the Met around 1pm; usual place on the movie floor by the DDR machine). If you can't make it then, hopefully I'll see you around... I know most of you are going back to school within the next couple of days, so...
My secondary option is ice-skating. If anyone's interested, do let me know... otherwise, the plans are as they are.
I'm hoping to get WDKY14 (I've revised a chunk of it, with Mamono's help) back from Atlantis and Kysra, to see what they've thought. Otherwise, it'll be going up at FFnet/MMorg/DR/azurite_updates later tonight. ^_^ 15 and 16 are also coming soon, as are a whole host of drabbles and nonsense for people's belated wish-lists! Sorry, minna!
