Celebration of a rabid Mero Mero

azuriteThis Colgate Simply White stuff is weird. It goes on clear, so you can't really tell how well your coats are and if it covers the whole tooth; plus after a few minutes it starts to bubble or something (sort of like the turpentine-scented graffiti remover at work!) and you look like a rabid dog, with foam coming out of your mouth. -.O And it tastes FUNNY, if you know what I mean. Like, non-flouride-ish. *suspicious* But hey, my teeth are whiter.
Reason enough to smile. But if you want a few more reasons...
(1) When I get my tax return, it'll be the equivalent of another [small] paycheck. Helllooo, shopping spree!
(2) I'm getting my hair done by diPietro Todd again on the 15th. I think it'll cost money (I keep forgetting to ask Tomika whether it's another $15) but it'll be worth it to have something nice and trim.
(3) I got into CSUN! Yeppers, it's CONFIRMED! :DDDDD My dad apparently went nuts with the angst and the suspense (gee, must be hereditary) and he called CSUN; they told him I was in, had to take the ELM, lalala... WHEE! Mero mero is going to college! It's about damn time!!!! :DDD Now I gotta contact SFSU and find out when the next ELM is. Thanks to all the help from Abby and Stephen (people that trained me for the ELM senior year) I should be able to breeze through this! I hope. Okay, so my math might be a little rusty, but... o_O I hope I can use my TI-83+. :)
(4) I updated BEA with all new banners and linkbans from Kaz and Vertigo! YAY! I also added some fanart from ChikoritaTrainer1, and fixed the email fanart link on that page. FTP to the incandesce.org domain was being snotty last night, so I did it today. Of course, today, it looks like LiveJournal is crapping out on me while I search for photoshop communities-- can anyone suggest any?
(5) Speaking of Photoshop, I couldn't find any kiss-print or mystery-themed (with magnifying glasses and that sort of thing) brush sets, so I gave up and made my own. The kiss one is made with a bunch of my own (and mom's!) kisses on white paper; so far the mystery one has only a magnifying glass, until I can come up with other "mystery" type brushes. Once I get the layouts I made (Genesis/Ayashi no Ceres and ??-need title-??/PGSM) blanked out and up, I'll open up Souten Studios (website stuff!) and I'll add the brush sets and some tutorials there. :DDDD
(6) I'm almost done with the PGSM layout; again, I have to work on the subpages. Mare Serenitatis has always had a CRAPload of subpages, and I'd love it if someone familiar with PHP (or at least, a place that has PHP tutorials?) could help me get organized. :P Too much content!!! Anyway, WDKY9 is my priority.
(7) WDKY9 is almost done (YAY!) but I'm having issues with a bunch of the riddles present in the latter half of the chapter. FEH! And plenty of websites post the kind of riddles I'm looking for, but not "in reverse," where you can search riddles according to their answers. And you know me, "If you can't find it, make it yourself!" At least, that's my attitude as of late. So I'll try and come up with an original site title, and then premiere a sort of riddles page. Or maybe it'll just be a writer's resource-- riddles can be very inspirational, you know.
(8) The *one* sucky thing-- I still haven't gotten my DVDs from RightStuf.com. *growls* They better come today.
(9) A potentially good thing to make up for the one sucky thing-- my birthday is coming up. And now that I got into CSUN, hey, reason to celebrate! >_> I'm contemplating what to do, considering there's so few people left in SF, it seems, and a lot of people have their spring breaks on different times of March/April... plus people in SoCal will probably come back and want to be with their family... l'il ol' Mer's birthday won't matter much... *sniffle* Anyway, for those interested in partying, then on or around APRIL 14th, I shall try and plan something of a party. Maybe at RTA, maybe at Hard Rock Cafe, or even the Rainforest Cafe. *shrugs* Unless anyone's got any better ideas.

Souten Studios is another webpage I came up with for my blank layouts... banners, buttons, that kind of thing. And of course, tutorials, brush sets... Like daydreamgraphics.com, but a hell of a lot smaller.

Yay for you for getting into CSUN! *dances around* I'm so proud of you! College is definitely a good thing. I just have to suffer through a month-and-a-half more of high school until graduation and then college shall be mine as well! Bwhahahahaha!
