azuriteDude. I forgot. Stephanie, feel free to shoot me with an exploding ball of jello.
I saw School of Rock with Joe after work today. I felt like seeing a movie, and for once, one was starting not long (read: an hour-five) after I got off. Joe and I spent some time hunting down all the hidden objects (and Mickeys!) in the Haunted Mansion poster before heading upstairs.
It wasn't a downright hilarious movie... I mean, it was one of those movies where I just HAD to cover my eyes for a bit. But dude, the band OWNED. Some parts seriously... I covered my eyes. X_X But towards the end, I loved it. This calls for a soundtrack, so totally and utterly. I think those kids honestly played their instruments-- well, the piano kid and the drummer, for sure. The guitarist, maybe not so much... But the show ROXORED! Steph was right, go see it before it leaves theaters! You will rock too! :D
o_O You know it's possible to taste like Nuclear Waste? Or Death? I feel sorry for anyone that gets those.

Joe and I also came home... dueled... he's got a duel disk now. With his Jinzo-tin cards, he kicked my ass swiftly and brutally. I want to redesign my deck... and scarily enough, I'm leaning towards A Bakura-themed deck. I should find deck construction tips for him online... I do have a lot of his basic cards. I <3 the occult, anyway. Uhm... had dinner, watched the Britney thing... X_X Joe gave me this life-size display of Miaka. If I put her in the kitchen in the morning, Mom would have a spaz attack. I'd die laughing. But she'd destroy it, and then I'd kill her. >_<
Hey, so I'm honestly curious if anyone reads this, so I'm going to tell you all something that's pretty weird and embarassing... this one time I was in my old apartment playing with my Legos (this was years ago, I was young, okay?) and I was trying to assmble a house. My sister made one, and it kicked ass, but she took it apart before I could copy her. :P Anyway, so I did something very stupid and I sniffed those little Lego flowers that you use to decorate the houses you make from your Legos. And I sucked one of them right up my nose. Had to get some strange sort of surgery to get it out. I wonder if that's why my nose is so bendable?
Monday. Just look forward to Monday.

Date: 2003-11-14 12:25 pm (UTC)WHOO HOO YOU FINALLY SAW IT ^_^... yeah obviously i really like that movie ...and the music...oh and there is a soundtrack out..but im making my own soundtrack for that movie too. oh and yes, all the kids in the band were playing their own instruments ESPECIALLY the guitarist since he's the one out of all of them that has been playing music the longest
( He's 12 and has been playing guitar since he was 3 and his dad is a sorta well known rocker in the east coast area)...and the bassist was playing her own instrument too... what scenese di dyou have to cover your eyes at??? you know what kid was cute but i dont think he got enough lines..that kid, Gordon with the classes, he's like half n half and totally adorable!!! ack ack ack, I will respond later i could go on forever!
