Today has, thus far, been weird. Between yesterday and Sunday, today is going to be busy as hell, and instead of me doing just one thing, I'll be doing tons. Choir actually went by fast, though unfortunately Leanne showed her face. Ugh, I'm just glad she didn't bug me any.

We had an aseembly in 2nd period (Economics) featuring a dance theater troupe called Dimensions from Oakland. They featured a series of West African dances and songs, and some were pretty fun because they were interactive. The highlight had to be when they asked for volunteers, and the school's resident mentally disabled star, Alan Kim, got up on the stage, chasing after another volunteer. Like the other 6 volunteers, Alan was supposed to copy everything the dancers did-- and he did, too well. It was downright funny because he touched his nose when she did, and when the moves got complicated, Alan looked like he was galloping. He was the star of the show, and had people across the auditorium cheering for him-- including myself, when my mouth wasn't full of fudgy brownie from Kripa. ^_^

3rd period was just me and Jonathan Potter at the table, and near the end of class, we started talking about some weird stuff, like futuristic schools, ice skating and street hockey, and finally ROTC. I kept trying to remind him of Eva, who I *swore* had been a squad leader with him my sophomore year (and Potter's freshman year). Turns out that when I was platoon leader with Eva as a squad leader in my sophomore year, Potter was in another company; when I was S-5 at the beginning of my junior year, he was a squad leader in my company. My record, as it stands, is 2 years in Delta Company (Cunningham, an experience I'll never forget; though Potter seems glad that people have finally started forgetting him and stopped thinking that Potter looked like Cunningham's younger self) and one semester in Echo. All the same, too much iced tea this morning; my wires are crossed.

I'm working on a new article idea on how journaling can be good for you, and I came across this fantastic idea called the 1000 journals project. There's that, and so much more to do today-- like gettiong webpages up, writing more fanfics, making up a bunch of homework (of course), going to my SFSU math tutoring class, going to the first session of Media Academy, and then going to my allergy appointment. @_@ Busy girl I am. Have to get my prescription too. Blargh!!

And just after homeroom, I supposedly won some sweepstakes, but I couldn't "win" because I'm a minor and I don't have a major credit card. O_o So much for that.

Geez, I'm really out of it. Going now.
