My iPod was in my clear plastic belt-clipped case, while my purse was on the other side of me. In my haste to run after the sucker, my headphones detached and went flying, but the whole time, my iPod was still on my belt. (I got my headphones back.)
To be honest, the guy SHOULD have gone for the iPod; it's worth more than what I had in my wallet. (But I have it engraved, so... :P)
I thought my arms looked unusually puffy in those pictures, but MEH! At least I still have arms, and it's a rash-like scar, rather than cuts or anything. I hate being morbid, but it really could have been worse. I'm sure some more ointment and a few days from now, it won't even be visible anymore.
