about the others lincensed animes, well as you know they dubb and put subs with jap audio, but takes time, because buying anime, take license is pretty expensive, that's why they are a bit slow in lincensing anime(manga included).
so since we don't like to wait to get lincensed, so they get fansub teams, for example in my country, anime industry and manga industry is very very low, so have to be through net, but there goes the shiping which is expensive, that why people go a lot on fansub teams and scans teams.
