Ah, once I get home from my classes, I've never been happier to be home-- after all, home is warm, home has a toilet without lines or icky smells (most of the time), home has anime, home has Internet, has stuff for me to do that DOESN'T bore the living snot out of me.

The only reason why I didn't sleep through today's Japanese class is because we had a substitute-- Wright-sensei. She's thoroughly Japanese, but she's pretty strange when it comes to teaching 1A. She says a bunch of things that I *know* will only be contradicted and corrected in advanced levels-- like, say, 1B!? -.- You're not supposed to write words like radio, television, toilet, and foriegn names in Hiragana...

Gah, there's this annoying guy that keeps pronouncing it "Hee-rah-guh-nah" no matter how many times anyone corrects him. -.- Wright-sensei also had some weird things; sentence structures even I didn't understand, but maybe it's just cuz I'm rusty. In any case, we worked in groups today, conducting interviews. I wrote out both my interviews in Hiragana before class ended at 9pm-- no Hiragana Quiz. Wright-sensei will be there Thursday, too. Nothing to worry about.

Get home, happy to be warm. Not all that hungry, seeing as I ate burgers at McDonalds (wasted another $1.09 or so on fries... at least I didn't pay for the Sweet 'n' Sour this time around) and was munching on a melted (yes, you read right) brownie in class. They were sold out of Brisk Iced Tea at break, so I got myself some Aquafina water which I have yet to finish (I guzzle soda and juice much faster than I do water =P). Got to work immediately online-- checking email and the like. Still working on the email part, since the newest SMRFF mail is long, and PEOPLE. REFUSE. TO. LISTEN! I ask them politely, as the frustrated, overworked, and underpaid (okay, I volunteered) holiday mod-- to simply put WHAT CATEGORY they are entering their Usa Day fics into. Can they do that for me?! NO! Maybe only three people out of probably fifteen entrants (which is sad, considering previous years' entries) listened to me, and *I* was one of them! So now I have to read everything and categorize it myself before I can make the polls.

Spent a good long hour figuring out which of my 700 fonts was the one that looked like the font in the DDR 4th Mix title for the song "Dream a Dream." I have an Inuyasha fic by the same name that I was inspired to work on (oddly enough, I got a review just before I started working on the title graphic-- that perked me up!) earlier (maybe from listening to "Dream a Dream" too many times?). And it's all nice and spiffy looking now, and I managed to get an honest opinion of which font to use from Niichan (Thanks Vince! *huggles!*). No one had the actual PNG of the song title like is used in DWI though. -.- NO ONE. I asked about five people. Went to about five sites. NADA. *sigh* Based my findings off a 40 x 40ish thing I found on Google. I tried to enlarge it, but then it said the image was not found. Still, I think I did a pretty damn good job, and once I get the page up (and work on the fic more!) you'll be able to see where all my hard efforts went.

Rest of the time I spent working more on the Fushigi Yuugi page, Seven South, which has been my obsession as of late. I knew it was going to happen-- stupid Save and Save As are right next to each other, and I overwrote TONS of hard work on the FY Manga section with the FY FAQs! Bloody hell, so now I have to do *that* all over again-- finding the differences between the FY anime and the manga, which were DIFFICULT (to say the least) to find. Anyone care to help me with that? I think I may just start joining a bunch of communities so I can ask them. =D

Oh yeah, Harry came over earlier in the day (I was still zonked, even though it was 2pm-- why? Because I hadn't gone to sleep until 6am YESTERDAY morning, and I'll probably end up doing that today, too!) and dropped off all of Initial D 1st and 2nd stage-- AVI format, subtitled in English! WHOO! Blah, but I'm not in an Initial D mood so much as a Fushigi Yuugi one-- and I went on a rampage organizing ALL my AMVs in an effort to find 3 stupid little OAV omakes, the Bus Trips. I swore I had them on the computer, but 3 searches and strenuous folder-pickings later, we got nada. It might be on a CD, I figure, but WHICH ONE?! Besides that, I still have a bunch of weird "failed" blank CDs sitting on my handmade spindle (a drawing pencil jammed into a turned-off pencil sharpener) and all my Inuyasha CDs still lent out to Roro... Gah, and what episode are they up to now? 118? Something like that? /.\ I need DSL!

Joe told me the AX AMV competition lasts from 9pm to 1am. Oh. My. God. If I didn't have such a foolish hatred for ASUX, then that might be the sole reason why I would consider going next year. =P Try and change my opinion, if just for that sake.

*sigh* Well, I'll rifle through my CDs later, and maybe with some luck find the bus trip episodes (to help me plot out the differences between the anime and the manga for my FY page, of course!) ... and then hope all my other downloads (songs from the Fanime 2K3 AMV competition) finish tonight. Or something. I'm starting to get tired... and my head hurts from listening to music all these hours. How long have I been online so far...? *peers* 6 hours. Not my record yet, but who's counting?

G'night.
