No, I don't think so. My first thought was actually Vesta, but unless they've changed the glyph in the past 10 years (which I doubt, since almost all the glyphs are based on Greek or Roman symbols found in ancient manuscripts), it's not her.
I totally remember seeing that symbol on something astrology-related years and years ago, but the thing that it was on is probably lost in a big cardboard box sitting in my garage back in the States. :P
It looks VERY much like some sort of female symbol, but all my searches for various female goddesses turned up NOTHING. The fanartist drew heavily on astronomy for their names and things, so I really want to know where they got the symbols!
I remember Vulcan looking like a diamond with two short lins sticking out either side on the left and right (but they don't go through the diamond), but I haven't seen that glyph again. Here's another page I found with OTHER symbols, but none for what we're looking for. I know it's out there! (Maybe if it's in some font, then it has a character name?)
