azuriteWell, the project is a-go.
The computer is still a no-go.
Chanukkah is a soon-to-be-go. As is dinner, latkes, and between that, or something, a nap.
A now, a go for the first challenge from Azurite for the Holiday season!

In the December issue of the U.S. Shounen Jump, a section in the back featured the "Shounen Jump Gift Guide--" and Kaiba had his own special section! Moi, I can't resist the notion of someone buying Kaiba gifts (and they're pretty laugh-worthy) so...
Your fic/ficlet/drabble must include at least two of the following:
* Secret Santa (if you wanna know what SS is, lemme know!)
* An unexpected gift
* A reluctantly-given gift
* A gift that is just wrong on so many levels (you choose why)
* A het or landlocked (no-pairing) sub-genre (if Romance is not the primary genre. Basically, your fics must either be het or no romance/pairings at all).
And Kaiba receiving/getting himself one or more of the following:
* The MTV Cribs Collection (Home decorating for folks with money to burn)
* An FAO Schwarz gift catalog and a gift certificate (because Kaiba already has a $12,000 tree house)
* The Sony PEG-VZ90 Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), only available in Japan, and one of the most expensive on the market! Go look it up at Sony's Japanese site (or on Google) for details on what it can do.
* Rare, collectible editions of Shounen Jump's Graphic Novels (humor required).
Have at it! Oh, and comment if you're going to participate!
