A blip on the radar

Okay, a few important things I've thought of while sitting here...
1 - I'm two weeks and two days late. (Thank you, LJ Archives, for helping me determine this.) I shouldn't have to tell you late for what, everyone knows probably knows. God, I don't want to go back to that stupid health clinic. There's plenty of other things I don't want either, so I have every right to be worried at this point. Dammit, I can't believe I'm actually WISHING for bloodshed (for lack of a better description). GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

2 - I've thought of a fantastic Halloween costume. Sure, it might not be that sexy getup from Hot Topic, but... it's creative, and it screams Mer, la Originale! See if you get it: Emmy A. Ward. *pause* Come on...! Tell me if you get it.

3 - Internships at Tokyopop! Okay, I am SO revising my resume when I get home! *grin*

4 - Parched. Today I had to beg Michelle for a dollar in exchange for my many dimes, but she doesn't like change, so she just GAVE me a dollar. O_O She's so... nice! I got my iced tea, which lasted throughout Journalism, but now post-lunch, all I have is peppermints. Yeah, real great for my teeth.

5 - Gotta do research on my part of the Group Speech-- Japanese History and Politics. I'm also doing the intro, which should be interesting, and I'm at least partly in charge of the visual aid. Getting a presentation board and black ink means a trip to CompUSA!

Z_Z At least there's apple pie at home...

Sorry if you get this a bazillion times, but the comp I'm on is stupid or something.

While I sympathize with you on your lateness, I must ask, have you thought that maybe - just maybe - stressing over it (and other things) might be what's causing the stall?

Just a thought.

Hope everything works out ^_^ And if you DO manage an internship at TokyoPop I will be absolutely green with envy (nevermind that it has NOTHING to do with my profession of choice) but infinitely proud and happy for you! So what are you waiting for? Send that resume!

Plutonian time is dangerous man. Actually, Nyo's and mine are also 2 weeks-ish late (?! Are we syncronizing fallopian tubes over the internet?! XD) so maybe there's some weird...thing...going on.

Stress? I need another cup of coffee.

Yeah, I thought about that... but I mean, I'm remembering when I had a nervous breakdown junior year-- THAT was stress. I don't remember any irregularities back then. And even right now, I don't *feel* stressed. o_O Can you be stressed and not know it? I do have an evil muse...

And yesh. Ink + Paper + Muse = Resume!

Well, stress or really excessive excitement. I was a whole month late when my first A-kon rolled around. So yeah, you could be stressed and not know ^_^ What is stress but nervous energy gone bad?
