Astrologically speaking, Tuesday is *my* day. The day of Ariens, the day of Fire, the day of Mars, of Ares, of every fire god and goddess out there. It symbolizes both a firey beginning and a battle about to come to a close. Something like that. Most of the time, Tuesdays aren't all that great for me-- my schedule is always jam-packed, I have to wake up early, and I have tests or exams to deal with.

Today was different. It's not even remotely close to being over yet, but it's already gone really well-- choir, of course, is the only exception, but that's because everyone's angsting over the concert on Thursday, and the mixed sections are messed up. My one complain lies in that-- the mixed sections. I have to stand next to (who else?) Crystal, another Mezzo Soprano who somehow manages to sound like a dying frog/seagull everytime she sings. At least at the Playathon, she had an excuse-- she was sick. But if she still is, why is she pushing herself to the point where she might as well be yelling in my ear? GAWD! *wince* Besides that, she keeps pronouncing "li" as "le" and it's pissing me off. We've been practicing the Latin Motets for so long... and since we're not all sleepy, we don't have that 'mysterious' air to the song anymore; it sounds awfully loud and lacking in tone. *sigh* I'm still working on the second verse of Kalinka. I almost have it memorized. But the fact remains that I have such a tiny fraction of the $330 I need for Anaheim in my account. I dread telling my mom about it.

Econ was actually good-- Gilmore seems to have an idea for an advertising presentation coming up soon. The only bad news is that our portfolios are due Thursday when we have a guest speaker -after all this time, and hardly anyone has actually been DOING the work, myself included- so no fun for Mer on her middle-of-the-week break. I think I'll have to cancel on Joe for watching The Ring on DVD. I have a feeling I'd never be able to sleep if I saw it anyway, which means I wouldn't be in shape for the concert... so with work and the concert coming up, it's probably for the best. But hey, Gilmore signed my Anaheim paper! I was terrified she wouldn't, but she did! YAY!

Now it's homeroom-- Marcella and Mrs. Victoire don't have the Playathon money they owe me (neither did Kripa in Econ) but it's okay; they can pay me Thurs. Besides, Victoire's letting me type here, eat her Wheat Thins... yeah. ^_^ yumm yumm. The Panoramic Pictures are coming up, too, and that's a $20 investment... $32 with the black lacquer frame. And I really want to get a set of those Sharpie multicolored permanent markers for the PanPic, and a bunch of J-town pens for yearbook. Waaaai.

Okay, time to go to third. *monotone voice* Yay. Math.
