Tech support can't spell.

azurite(1) Can't re-install McAfee Privacy Service or Firewall from the website
(2) Talked to Tech Support
(3) Not only did two agents NOT help with their mundane solutions, but they're slow as hell and can't spell. I'm serious.
For the brief time when Firewall DID work, I couldn't FTP anything to Dragonfayth. So when the Firewall went DOWN, I managed to FTP my fragments of the new Mai skin to DF, but it still needs a lot of tweaking, color-wise. Anyone wanna help with that? It's glaringly pink right now. X_X
