Hmm, I like those.

I also like how nice the SBC DSL guy was when I called him to discuss the addition of Scott's G4 into the household plethora of DSL happiness. Turns out it requires a wireless router for the Dell, a wireless card from Apple, and a $10/mo. upgrade to Pro-Speed, but it sounds pretty reasonable versus getting an all-new phone line, which is bare minimum $125 just for the installation.

I like how I can sit here for as long as I want with my stomachache and my new Baby Phat sweater-jacket (only $17.32 from $88 at the Vendor Fair! Got 40% off a cute bracelet, too!) and not worry about working on an ugly, disorganized webpage. The shmucks still called me the online editor in today's issue though. Haha.

I like how I haven't heard from my doctor yet, because unlike most times, it's a good sign. (Doesn't matter anyway... *blush* Scott and I slept together last night.)

I like all the things Scott and I talked about last night (and yes, we did TALK), because even if we're "newbies" in most people's eyes (6 months on Mar. 1), we're very much in love with one another. We've met each other's parents and almost all each other's friends, we live together, have eaten, fought, and slept together, and had harrowing experiences. So what if he's older, and itching to get away from the States? We'll make it work, because beyond promising that we will, we want it to. All those freakish girly fantasies of mine from when I was a young, closet idealist are now coming true. It might not be for a few years at least, but I really think I've found "the One," and it's sure making me smile. I'm sure it'll eventually start showing in my writing too, because you can write what you know and what you've experienced, and heck if my life isn't full of drama, romance, and angst.

I also like eating raspberries off my fingers, because they're hollow in the middle like that.

I'm in the mood for Photoshop-- layouts and icons. There's Mamono's weird challenge (but I still need to see Kaibaman!), and the need to design more fic icons and cards. But what size did you want your mood set again, Mamono? I actually have time to do it, now. ^^;; Ehe...

People that irritate me lately:
* Suicidal people who for some reason, feel the need to wail on LJ as a cry for help, instead of talking to real people and perhaps a therapist, and getting some HELP!
* Show-offs who have to let everyone know that they have a fast computer/speedy DSL/excellent language-skills with a functional IME, etc. etc. It's one thing to be precise or accurate in the things you say and do, but don't rub it in to those of us that aren't mini-geniuses!
* People that repeat things over and over unnecessarily, to confirm you understood or "got" something. I don't just mean repeating something once or twice-- that's a nice precaution. I mean five or six times, like they're trying to ram it into your head or something.

Anyway, I want a kitten. Do you think I can handle the responsibility?

Oh yeah. I posted WDKY15. ^_^
