Let's go Sky High!

So Disney's new movie, "Sky High," is being filmed here at CSUN. No, not just at CSUN, but in the very building I'm sitting in, the Oviatt Library. Last week they put up scaffolding and wood; they've since covered it with a faux stone finish and a marble mural of superheroes. In case you don't know, the newest Disney flick is about a high school for the children of superheroes. The protagonist is one "Mike (or Jeremy?) Stronghold" (I think; that's also the name of the production company) and the angst of being a superhero's son. But of course, it's Disney, and it's a comedy. Think FREAKY FRIDAY (redux 3). They've already cast the extras, so there's no chance for student cameos, but we've seen some filming already.

Worse (meaning better!) Bruce Campbell is in it! *orgasms* I want to meet him! I'm such a BC fangirl, I swear... X_X I bet my face would be tomato red if I so much as SAW him in person. Or maybe I'd faint, who knows? *giggle* He's playing a coach. Kurt Russell's in it too! @_O Gawd, I can't wait for Friday night-- I'm going to be here extra early for their last day of filming (I think it's the last day) because of the anime club meeting, but I hope I get to see the cast! *giggles madly* Hey, I'm a reporter, it's journalistic enthusiasm! Yeah! That's it...

Anyway, I'm sitting in the compulabratory (or whatever it's called) typing away. I finished my revised outline on "The effects of television on society" (based off a crappily-written essay Ms. Sharky pulled for us from PlanetPapers.com. This is why you should never use such online paper-writing services; your stuff will be used as bad example rewrite class assignments!!!) and printed it for 40 cents... >_< Now all that's left is my 2nd media notebook entry, a few cad drawings, and GAK! math homework (logarithms! H-E-double-hockey-sticks!!!)

Anyway, about to go soon. Man, I wish I could meet Bruce Campbell. Can't I just run into him accidentally on the way out of the library!?!?! *wails* Cris, it's like a Brisco County Fangirl's DREAM!!!!
