It all started with a toaster strudel...
Dec. 14th, 2003 09:33 amOkay, strawberry strudels. My favorite quick breakfast, and I haven't had it in years. Having it now, having time to do this, being able to type with these nails, and not have mom waking up bitching at me for one reason or another... *heaves a sigh* so far so good. Today is starting out well, and if I listen to my mother's so-called teachings and stay in control of what I think and feel then I have this mantra: Today will rule. Today will rule.
I had an odd dream about Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor and Al, though. Something about Al going to Nevada to see a brother in prison, and Tim making a dumb suggestion about what to give him. And I haven't even seen Home Improvement in a LONG TIME!
Even freakier, 2 or 3 more ideas for Yu-Gi-Oh fics-- some short, some long. One I could integrate into an existing idea, which I've titled "An Angel Appears," or maybe "Death and Absolution." o_O Not sure which one will make more sense yet. Kind of a "It's A Wonderful Life" kind of thing, so it's perfect for Christmas. And then, another one I actually DREAMT about-- Seto and Tea getting trapped in an elevator at school, and Tea having claustrophobia. Arguments, hilarity, and romance ensue. It's called "Small Spaces." ^^; I could always split up that first idea into 2 though, or maybe even more if I did it for each character...
Uhm... I actually work concession today. That's scary. 10:45a-6p... *sigh* Which sucks, even if I will get my 30 minute break earlier (likely some time around 1:45 or 2pm). But then, I have a better chance of taking both my 10s... though I can't have anything to entertain myself (books, etc.) Darn.
Holy crap, we found Saddam? o_O
Man, I can't wait for tomorrow... a day off! I can finally sleep in, and then later, GET THINGS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
