Ah, well, it's finally Tuesday. It was supposed to be Raging Waters day, but at this time of the day-- well, look out your window (if you're on the west coast). Not so pretty weather for a water theme park, eh? Sucks to be me. But Joe's okay with going some other place-- like Great America or Santa Cruz. Weather's not all that great in Santa Clara or Santa Cruz either, but it's better than being freezing and wet and not having fun... right?
Checking the weather now anyhows. If we decide against RW, I can check for tix online... er, I was going to say, for GA, but then, I don't have a working printer. FOQ!!! ;_;
I have to renew the books I haven't read yet (SHOCK! I started reading Battle Royale and find it hard to switch back to something "soft" like Amrita) ... not to mention maybe get Joe to take me to the Main Library so I can get my hold before I lose it tomorrow! ;_; AUGH! This is what I get for being sick/busy (respectively) the past two days! Didn't do my laundry yet... urgh, ran out of handwashing soap. HAVE TO DO LAUNDRY TOMORROW!!! Road trip is on Friday!! Going to see the grandparents in Northridge (I kinda wanna see the place where the infamous Terminator vs. Terminator scene took place) .... and maybe see Rochelle at her new college near Hollywood-- Mt. St. Mary's. She came over yesterday and we hung. That was fun.
We went to her doctor's to take care of some paperwork, then headed to Blockbuster to get a DVD and FINALLY return Terminator... I better not have a late fee on that! Anyway, we rented "The Sweetest Thing," which turned out to be VERY good and totally funny-- not quite a chick flick, given that all the characters are "raw" in contrast to other chick flick stars. Went to Rite Aid and picked up some Chips and Dip (SALSAAAAAAA!) and ice cream (rainbow sherbet!) went home... watched the flick with Mom and Rochelle. 'Twas fun. =) She went home with her Mom somewhat later on... and the rest, as they say, is history.
That is, I went to bed after taking the trash out. =D And here I am. Well, we did go to the Craft store some time inbetween... ~_~ Rochelle gave me a very belated birthday present-- 24 watercolor pencils! WAI WAI WAI! Have to go soon... we have to go to Joe's house to print out tix for wherever we end up going. =P
