I'm on a hunting spree here. I'm reporting YGO FFnet abuse left and right, and whether the authors in question ever find out it was me-- you know what? I don't care. I'm not alone in this. It's nice that FFnet caters to beginning writers, but some of these people need to retake 3rd grade English, and get the heck out of their AOL chat rooms.

The spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors in summaries and titles alone REALLY pisses me off, but authors usually don't listen to concrit reviews; abuse reports, on the other hand, they do. But you can't report someone for writing poorly. :P Damn FFnet.

And the yaoi! That's the next thing I'm bringing up with Xing, I swear. There's *got* to be a way.

I'm also updating my Yu-Gi-Oh fic rant with a paragraph or two on SUMMARIES. If anyone would like to add anything (or suggest a better way of formatting it, because frankly I think anchor tags SUCK), then let me know!

Hmm, perhaps maybe a subcategory could work like what they did with the YGO section at adultfanfiction.net? That way you could just avoid the category all together. ^^

I've never been to AFFnet myself, but before I hop on over there, what exactly do you mean by a subcategory? If you mean a way you could click on Anime / Yu-Gi-Oh / and then another category/genre like yaoi, or romance... well, I doubt they'd do that, since it would generate so many more pages. I was thinking more along the lines of a filter, like when you only want to read PG-13 Yu-Gi-Oh fics from Romance. And in some categories, they also have character filters (which I would really like for Yu-Gi-Oh).
