Hahahaha-- it's not funny
Apr. 2nd, 2004 01:26 pmWell, I'm glad no one played any horrendous jokes on me this April Fool's Day. FYI, I come from a family with weak hearts, and a lot of the time people say stuff that sounds serious, and ends up being a joke-- well, we get heart attacks! It's not fun.
I guess that makes me a hypocrite, but you won't know how until later.
I sent WDKY9 and what I have of TLC to Atlantis and Witchling-- er, Harlequine. She changed her name again. o_O I'm kinda confused at this point. Wit-- er,
wickeddawn will get back to me later, and I still haven't heard from
atlantian_magic-- hey, did you like the birthday card? ;_;
^_^ I'm glad "Full Circle" chapter 6 is out, even if wickeddawn's going to be redoing the whole thing... it was in an arcade, and there was an OC who briefly reminded me of Rebecca (the annoying blonde from America in the Yugi vs. Rebecca and Teddy arc... she also reappears in KC Grand Prix, with slightly more maturity. Emphasis on 'slightly'). I wish Tea and Seto would have played DDR-- with his arrogance, it's the one game you *know* she would have "whomped" him in. Heck, she could probably beat him in any Bemani game... *snark*
For some reason I keep wanting to bring Step Johnny into (those sort of scenes with Tea and Seto in an arcade) that, just so Seto can grouse about another guy taking Tea's attention away from kicking *HIS* ass. Hah, if Johnny challenged Seto to a game of DDR, who would win? Or would Tea step in and take Seto's place? >_< LOL
Damn FFnet is being a bitch. All these CYOAs are pissing me off, but of course, the link to the help/support page is down. Grrr. Can't report them... yet.
Other things:
* Work from 230-1030 today. Blech.
* Kiss Dolls -- Anzu (for Ch. 10 WDKY), Sailor Generator (the one Gina and I designed 3 years ago), Ragnarok (maybe)
* Where to go for "Something to Somebody" and "Prophecy Girl" - I tend to think of much later scenes rather than the beginning ones. Argh.
* Stupid Virgin Megastore refund hasn't gone through yet.
* Otakuworld has a new KiSS viewer! :O
* Gotta clean room; find papers
* Gotta do laundry
* Gotta sort YGO cards
* Gotta make fonts
* Make wishlist; plan Bday thingy.
Wish I could sleep more. I'm sleepy because I stayed up till 3:30am reading the end of Sophie Kinsella's "Can You Keep A Secret?" which was really funny, and even gave me ideas for that journal-fic (there are now 3 separate ideas for it)I mentioned yesterday.
A: The YGO cast all have journals, but their aliases are impossible to decipher, so when they find themselves reading about each others' lives, they find out secrets that might threaten their IRL relationships.
B: The YGO cast all have journals a'la Livejournal, and everyone knows who is who... and mentions of things said in the journal mess with everyone's minds and relationships
C: A peek into the "real" journals (not online ones) of Seto Kaiba and Anzu Mazaki. I had an idea for one entry that keeps me giggling, but if I wrote it here, it'd spoil the plot. :D
Anyway, gotta jet, it's SHAWA time!

YESH!!!
Date: 2004-04-02 04:17 pm (UTC)On a side note, after several weeks of not being able to, I checked my email today and lo and behold, WKDY9 is sitting in my inbox and winking at me like forbidden fruit. I could hardly contain my excitement and read it post-haste. You should be getting a full report of my opinion and all the little errors that you hired my nit-picky-self for. I can't guarantee when you'll get it because I'm going to my senior prom tomorrow and I may not be conscious enough on Sunday to get it to you. Perhaps you and I should compare the times we're online and schedule an IM session so that we can actually chat through something other than LJ. You're in Cali and I'm in Arizona so we're what, an hour or two apart at the most? *shrugs* We'll figure it out.
And just as a teaser to get you mad/frustrated/desperately murderous at *moi*, I'm working on both Riddles and Power of the Nile. Both are ripe and ready to be plucked once again, along with several one-parters that I'm not sure I have time for, but will try to fit in some way. Nile will eventually be my first written lemon. *gasp* Can you believe it?
Re: YESH!!!
Date: 2004-04-03 12:44 am (UTC)Senior prom takes muchos precedence (somehow I think that's spelled wrong) over WDKY, so get to it when you can. Hopefully there aren't *too* many evil errors...
Thing with me and AIM is, I work different hours, so I usually go onto AIM at night-- and the next two days, I don't get off work till after 11, or get home till after 12. So unless you wanted to wait till the weekdays... ^^;
Oh and I am mad/frustrated/desperately murderous -- I CAN'T WAIT TO READ MORE! Especially "Power of the Nile," which I honestly thought was a deadfic. ^_^ A LEMON!! *pumps hand up in air enthusiastically* YES! WHOO! YESS! :DDDD Oh, and do the one parters! Having many open projects is a good thing! It's all about options~~~
*really, really happy*
Yup, I'm peeved at FF.net too!
Date: 2004-04-03 12:43 am (UTC)I'm not a big sleeper too! I go to bed at 4 am mostly every night. I'm a night owl! LOL! Or as my family calls me a Vampire! ^_^ I can't go too sleep earlier though. I'm used to being up late as well. It's not my fault. It's just that the night and the moon are more glorious to me! ^_^
