I think I got those right... I hope... If not, blame it on Yugi, he ate my brains. :) I lost both duels to him today, so sadly, no more new cards to report... *le sigh*

Now I gotta think of something to do for Mamono (she's hard! I can't draw Seto, which is why I'm kinda knock-kneed about Atlantis. She's like my birthday guinea pig. If she likes what I "got her" then maybe Mamono will like something similar).

Disgusting! I was so disgusted to [hear] your take on gay marriages tonight. I have never written to news show before, but I could not let this one go … gay marriages will only tear apart families. You may portray them as loving families with out any difference from heterosexual marriages, but they ARE DIFFERENT! How could the world go on if gay couples were normal and right??
Uhm, the world is still turning, as far as I know, lady. The world is going on just fine, and has been, for a very long time. Newsflash-- homosexuality isn't a new thing. It's been around for awhile, and isn't some disease or disorder that needs to be "treated." The world will keep on turning with our without gays.
Oh yeah, and you spelled 'couples' wrong, so I fixed it. Dumbass.
It could not because it is not possible. Without science, gay couples can not bear children. They can not reproduce, nor should they be allowed to.
What about the millions of orphaned children out there? The kids whose parents are killed by disease, famine, or heck-- WAR? And who are you to say who can and cannot reproduce-- you're not God, last time I checked. And if a a male/male couple wants to adopt, good on them! If a female/female couple decides one or both of them wants to get pregnant via invitro fertilization or another method... or maybe get a child through adoption, all the better! Such courses of action are just as normal for straight couples, and it's discrimination to say that just because a couple is gay, they can't have children.
It was meant to be that a man and a woman should be together and have children. Anything else is not right. Have times changed so much that our innocent children have to hear about men & men marrying and kissing in San Francisco on the ABC news? Do they have to hear Barbara Walters tell the world that Rosie ODonnell told her partner's parents that she "wanted to have sex with her daughter"?
Please stop tearing families apart. Run another segment that would show the truth.

A Concerned Mother
The truth is, you foolish "Concerned Mother," that a) your kids shouldn't be up at 10pm anyway, watching a show such as 20/20; b) They would find out about homosexuality sooner or later, with or without 20/20 and other shows talking about the gay marriages in San Francisco. Face facts, lady, this is life. Marriage has nothing to do with your gender, but everything to do with who you love. And if you LOVE your kids, you won't raise them to be as prejudiced and blinded as you are. Cow.

… I am straight and I fully support gay men and women's rights to be married. As someone said recently, "why shouldn't they be as miserable as the rest of us?"
Yeah! People don't seem to realize that gays aren't the cause of skyrocketing divorce rates or anything. Some people don't do the commitment thing, others do. Some guys are playas, and some girls are, too. Broken families have nothing to do with who's sleeping with who or what gender they are. If straight people can come up with plenty of dramas, sitcoms, and game shows about marriage, cheating, dating, and families falling apart, then why not allow the same "priveleges" to gays? The good will come with the bad, same as everything else in Life.
What honestly pisses me off is that there are people out there who have deluded themselves into thinking they are "defending the sanctity of marriage." I'm sorry, but marriage isn't a person, it's a concept. And concepts differ from person to person. My concept of marriage is, two people in love want to spend the rest of their lives together, taking care of one another, and learning all they can about each other. Marriage doesn't need your defense. Straight couples can continue to get married and live their lives even if gays are allowed to wed. So what, if you think it's immoral or a sin against God, then don't let them marry in your church! But marriage licences have to do with the government, and NO government should ever discriminate against any grouping of people.
Oh yeah, and regarding sodomy and all that stuff-- I'm sorry, but one's sex life is THEIR business. People have been f*ing since the dawn of time, and unless the cops are going to arrest people in every damn hotel, bedroom, and car backseat for fucking and masturbating, lay off. No one has any right to say what sexual activities are "normal" or not. Especially in our porn-obsessed society.
As for not promoting life and all that-- well, even if Planet Earth isn't ridiculously over populated, we have enough broken families and orphaned children with straight couples as is. And there are plenty of people of all orientations that choose never to have children. Big deal. If the world ever runs out of people, maybe then this will be an issue. Till then, stop watching "The Last Woman on Earth."
So it's 70 degrees out here in SF at 5:30am (I was out taking the trash)... and it's snowing in New England. LOL! Suckers!!!

But we're all in luck! I have spring break next week! I have writing time!!! Oh and yes, Yugi will be in the story.... I've dubbed him my little Knight in Shinging Amor... Yep, I didn't misspell....(I might've...I don't know French... ^^; ) As for the names... I did a little research on Egypt and I think Mastaba(that city) actually means bench...or somethimg to do with tombs... Uraeus I think means something like Cobra....*cackles* And Alakai was just something I made up... ^^;
*falls over* 70 degrees??? *sighs* Well I'm happy with my 40 degrees up here in the boonies of Minnehota...*curse my redneck accent that really isn't there!* I actually like it this temp. It did snow today...but that didn't last long...*cackles*(I do that a lot!)
