ABSOLUTE POWWWWWWWWWWWAH!
Feb. 21st, 2004 02:28 pmHII! Okay, so yesterday didn't STAY very cool and lucky... I ended up feeling the PAIN of being a GIRL once I got to work. You know, Midol is just caffeine and acetomenophin. Tylenol. Yeesh. I don't even know if it does any good, or if it's just a psychological thing, like everything else. Well, I only had to stay until 11:15 or something o_O Wait, if that's true how the heck ... oh wait, I got home at 12:30. >_> I don't know what I was thinking.
Anyway, so I watched Yu-Gi-Oh this morning (OMG! Seto got turned to stone! I mean I knew it was going to happen, but I almost cried! SETO!!!!! He was crying!!!) and then hopped on the compie to finish up my AnC layout. Here, my loverlies, is the finished product:

Okay, so it's a small screenshot, but once I get all the data and such, I'll be able to put a link up to the actual page. This makes the second or third layout I have designed entirely from scratch (the other ones being Darkness Rising's layout, and probably a layout for Mare Serenitatis.
Gah, my 'Net connection is being really annoying. But heeey, Mom wants to ditch AT&T in favor of SBC, which means... DSL! Well, maybe. $30/month (which I can afford) if you sign up for the first year online. Installation might cost a pretty penny, but I *can* do it manually... I have before... *stars in eyes* DSL... the only thing that's been holding me back from having a near-perfect Internet existence... *sigh*
Okay, I have to design many filters for OE so all my email will be nice and sorted. And I have to log in to my accounts via the web, so I can get the copies of all the emails I stashed in folders and download them. >_> And then maybe create a folder of all these emails and back it up to a disk. >_> Because I'm paranoid like that.
Bleeeh, too much to do, and time keeps slipping away from me.

Date: 2004-02-22 04:09 pm (UTC)It is a *lovely* layout. I'm not exactly sure what its for, but it looks nice. If I knew what it was for I'd probably appreciate it more.
Gah! Yu-Gi-Oh! yesterday was sooooo good, but I almost felt like crying too! *falls down* Being stuck in my Seto/Tea frame of mind, I just kept yelling at Tea to run to Mokuba and snap him out of it since those two seem to keep getting closer. Then maybe Seto would have been like *duh* what have I been missing? But then I snapped out of my crazy fan-girl musings and watched as they were turned to stone! *scratches head* Actually, I think it was Mokuba who shed the tears, not Seto. Then again, I could be mistaken.
Mmm, DSL! *drools* My friend has DSL and I sit at home imagining what it would be like to have it... Pretty lame, huh? Oh well, gotta do something while I'm not writing, right?
Keep on truckin' with WDKY9. You've certainly got my support. One of these days I'll actually sit down and write you a whopper of a review. But until that time I have grocery shopping to do and a five page research paper to write. Ciao!
Tears of a stone statue or two.
Date: 2004-02-22 11:22 pm (UTC)Anyway, post-stoning (hahah) Mokuba had the solitary tear on his cheek. A "living statue" as Noah called them. Seto, on the other hand, when he was yelling at Mokuba, saying how Mokuba had saved him... (that whole part... *sniff!*) he had a tear on his face, I'm sure of it.
Seto Kaiba does NOT sweat. ^^;
I wanted Tea to jump off that plateau and block Noah's attack... or... well, I have lots of insane ideas rotating around the VR Battle City arc, but they're a while off. I might integrate one or two into TJOY. Maybe. ^_^;
The layout is for my giganimous collective of anime and manga websites, this particular one focusing on Yuu Watase's "Ayashi no Ceres," or "Ceres: Celestial Legend." It's a very dark romance, blended with a lot of genetics and historical legends... plus magic. More shoujos than hot bishounen, but... >_> That's what we have Yu-Gi-Oh for.
I've babbled.
Power to the ice cream!!
