Mm, tonight I came home later than usual, since I stayed at school working on the paper. Diesel was SO nice, after 7th, he went and got me a bagel and cream cheese after grabbing coffee with Ms. Kassler, my sophomore-year Bio teacher. She's nice. ^_^ I didn't have any lunch money for the past two days (having not gone to school Monday) and if it hadn't been for Cass lending me $1.25 yesterday, I woulda starved. But I already owe Diesel $2.00 from the Brown Bag Theater last week, and Mom apparently is SO sick that she isn't going to work, ergo, I can't have any cash. FOR ANYTHING. She better get better before Friday, I swear.

I know I probably come off as callous, but hear me out. Whenever I'm sick, my mom a) insists I'm well enough to go to school; b) when she doesn't, shoves medicine down my throat and hurries the whole "healing" process up-- but she'll never take me to the doctor; c) still bitches at me to do the chores. HER? I haven't seen her leave the house in over a week. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I wanted to have people OVER this weekend-- it's a THREE DAY WEEKEND, for Pete's sake! Plus, her friggin' smoking you-know-what every time she's feeling sick doesn't make *ME* a happy camper. I want out, I want out NOW. Haven't I said that enough? God, if there's one sole reason for me to HATE MYSELF for not applying and fixing my credits to get into SFSU, it's this. At least I could apply for a dorm or something.

I wish I could take care of her or something-- when she's been "minorly" sick before, she's let me bring her soup and tea, and her attitude's been nice. But now, her door's always locked, she barely registers me coming home, let alone me asking her how she's doing. I hate going to sleep, because I have to walk by her room, and it STINKS OF POT. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. I HATE IT!

Damnit, and tomorrow's only Thursday, and I'll be staying late at school again. I just hope it doesn't rain. It was so windy this morning, I hated coming to school. I like rain when I'm *inside.* Not leaving someplace, not going somewhere. *sigh* But we can't ask for all that now, can we?

Mm, well, when I finally did come home, I played some Star Ocean, got as far as Opera in the Mountain Palace, then was zonked, but stayed awake for Enterprise and Angel. Angel's SO predictable, but it's getting better in terms of cliffhangers and general weirdness. The thing they're referring to as "the boss" of the Beast? It's got to be The First. It SHOULD be, anyway. If Buffy really is ending (and they can't call it Buffy if Sarah Michelle leaves) then they should at least make some vague attempt to tie all these apocalypses together... cameos and guest stars or not. But yayness, my fav bad girl slayer is back in three weeks-- FAITH! *dr00lage* OOOH yeah. I thought she was reappearing in Buffy (too?) but maybe I've just got my stakes crossed. (HAHA!)

Damn, I have to get writing all those WAFF day fics... I especially have to coordinate with Siggy to at least get the first part of our fic out by V-day. Mm, and that songfic I wanted to do... blech, but I have to do the dishes now. And I am somewhat zonked. @_@ Sleep. Yeah.
