Not that I knew about, which was what made it so weird! On top of that, it was my campus Subway, so that means only a few things: (1) The Anime Club was having some sort of event (2) Mikomicon (an anime con started at my university a few years ago) might have been going on or about to happen (though usually it doesn't during school hours...) (3) The guy just felt like it because, well, it's VASH THE STAMPEDE.
I'm hoping for the latter, because if people can just walk around in cosplay whenever they feel like, more power to 'em! I'd totally dress up as Yuna for my last day of school or something! :D
