That's kind of what I imagined too- and I've seen fics where Anzu has all sorts of careers, ranging from the predictable (dancer) to the surprising (hotel manager) to the downright cool (masseuse, nurse, teacher, hostess, and now Iron Chef!).
So of course I imagined Anzu wanting to do a cake herself, but then I was wondering, even so, what would she do if she could do ANYTHING? Let's say she's secretly an "Ace of Cakes" and wants to do the coolest, most original cake, surprising everyone with her amazing abilities. It still begs the question, WHAT would she do?
Go for it, I'd love to see what all the people on setoanzulove would say. I was thinking of posting this there, anyway.
