For the same reasons that I dislike Valentine's, yes. I see it as overhyped and over-commercialized. However, Christmas is a federal holiday, and I actually GET that day off (legally) to spend time with my family. That is what I appreciate. Valentine's Day is pure fluff, with no religious connotations behind it (even though Valentine *was* Sainted).
And I'm not even Christian, so technically it's not the holiday that I enjoy, but the season-- to a degree. I like baking, I like singing carols, I like decorating my house with snowflakes and such. I like spending time with my friends and family, and since Christmas is a legal holiday, I can do that for a much more extended period than I could any other time of year. Valentine's Day doesn't have that.
