They probably do have something similar to Tylenol (Acetemenaphin) here, but that stuff hasn't done much for me when I've been sick since I was a kid. As for the alarm clock, the whole reason why I was asking is because I was sick of using my cell phone-- even when I customize the melody, it's annoying as hell. But it's all I've got now. So far, my solution has been to make the computer's display shut off after 1 minute (while iTunes is streaming classical music in the BG), and still use my cell phone as my alarm. I'd just like to CONDENSE it...
