Aug. 1st, 2006 11:43 pmazuriteI have to admit, I'm hard-pressed trying to remember just how we met, but intuition is telling me it was on a review of one our fics. It's funny how fics can bring people together, and you go from just being interested in/liking someone's story to being genuinely interested in the brain behind the story. Back when Azureshipping (Seto Kaiba x Anzu Mazaki) was a definite crack!shipping and only --what, maybe 5 of us?-- actually wrote for the pairing, it was always great to find someone that didn't say "You're INSANE!" or something like that, for liking them and actually going to the extent of writing for them.
What I find most fascinating about you is how we can have some things in common --we're into a lot of the same fandoms-- but we have totally different takes on them, as demonstrated by the sort of fics we both produce. And even though I've been steadily active in YGO since 2003, I still love reading your take on Inuyasha's Rin and Sesshomaru (and I'm beyond thrilled that you were the first person to officially finish the original theme set for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
