Excuse me!? Who the hell do you think you are, you troll? If you're going to come on my journal and comment on my writing, then at least have the decency to say who you are and where you come from.
Oh, and any decent writer and editor will tell you to back up your claims with some proof. If you're going to accuse me of your [fake word ahead] "japophilism" then at least explain how I did so.
By the way-- I was just saying what was happening-- I wasn't writing an editorial, criticizing PJT or its tour guides, or anything. I'm not part of a magazine or newspaper staff, and I sure as hell wasn't writing for YOUR benefit.
If you don't like what I have to say, get lost, go Google something that might be more to your interest.
As for whether or not I know about Japanese culture, no, I don't know a lot, but I know more than the average American, and I certainly know more than the rest of the people on my tour, repeat tourists and tour guides aside.
How did I act elitist, pray tell? I don't exclude anyone from anything I say or do unless they explicitly make me uncomfortable. When they did, I made it a point to back off, or otherwise inform them that they were upsetting me.
In summary: * Stop butchering the English language by making up words and forgetting to spell-check. * Back up your claims with proof * Stop being cowardly and say who the hell you are before you attack me in my personal space * Do it on the right post next time, not a birthday post, you nitwad * How the hell did you read my posts anyway? You're sure as hell not on my FL. * And if Joe was the one that showed the post to you, he needs to ditch you, because you're far from the kind of friend he needs. * Oh yes, try going to your nearest KMart and GET A LIFE.
WTF
