Well THAT was an odd dream.
Dec. 6th, 2003 12:58 pmWow, that was a weird dream. It was like... the Buffy and Angel series finale (weird, since Angel is still going, and Buffy has ended), and for some reason, it was taking place in (I wanna say Lousiana) a harbor or pier... a place with a lot of BIG, old boats, and huge mansions nearby. And for some reason, Buffy's crew was trying to save the Angel crew, but they didn't want to let them know that they were there.
Scene change, and for some reason, *I'm* there, and so's my dad. We have nothing to do with the goings-on. We never run into the Buffy or Angel crews... but there is this weird area made of small pools... all with poisonous fish in them. They look like demonic carp. My dad's telling me to go across the stone separators, but I'm terrified, especially since all the fish keep looking up towards me and splashing, and the water's supposedly poisoned too. Somehow I make it across, and on one of the separators between the pools, there's a book all about the poison fish. So I sit down and read it.
Back to the Buffy crew... I seem to remember Wesley being there... Anyway, Buffy's running saving people's hides left and right, but she has some major reason for not letting Spike or Angel know that she's there. But of course, they hear the sounds of a scuffle, and come out from this room (I want to say they're on a boat, but it must be one of those huge waterwheel boats, with tons of rooms and such... Angel and Spike were coming from a room "upstairs" and Angel was sporting this odd old-fashioned suit, with a sort of ruffled collar? Anyway, Angel had this small revolver and shot it at Buffy-- I don't think it HIT her, but it hit somebody, and there was a very tiny charred black mark where the bulet went through-- no blood. Buffy drops the guy and then takes off, saying, "Love ya, hun!" but neither guy knows who she's talking to. It it Angel, or Spike?
Anyway, flash to another weird, unrelated scene. It's late and night, dark and cold... and snowing? I'm like, "Wow, REAL SNOW!" and it feels real and everything... I'm on a street with a lot of shops, but they're all closed, not very brightly lit up. I go down towards the end of the block, and it turns out this one store has a huge fan in the window with "real" snow blowing out to the streets. So I'm kind of disappointed, but it's still cool how the snow is falling...
And then I woke up. First Yu-Gi-Oh was a repeat, so I went back to sleep. The second one was new, and I slept for about another hour after it was over before getting up and hopping online. I called the bank, and, as predicted, got denied the checking plus thing AGAIN. But hopefully I can access what little money I have. Thankfully, Mom was nice enough to get me the boxes I needed for the cookies I'm going to make... I might spend a day decorating them.
Siannan (from work) and I plan to go to this manicurist on Monday (YAY!) so I have to have cash for that. Hopefully I can keep the nails on long enough so my REAL ones can grow! ^^;; My nails are so embarassing.
HEY! EVERYONE, LOOK HERE! Especially everyone that was at the Anime FX meeting last night, and missed out on the Very Cool Idea Joe and I had... Secret Santa!

Okay, I gotta get back to work on WDKy7b. I HAVE TO GET THIS OUT TODAY! ;_; So many parts to write before Christmas... AUGH!!!
