Work: The happiest place in... hell?!

azuriteOkay, I'm exaggerating about how bad work was yesterday, but in all honesty, a lot of the things managers say and do get on my nerves. It's a customer thing too, and about how filmcrew members take more than their fair share of the "brunt of an attack" when a customer has a complaint. I don't know why people don't just come up to US directly and tell us we messed up (nicely) so we can fix the error; it really pisses me off when they go straight to management and snitch on us, and no one ever believes the crew member.
I think I have lockjaw or something... yesterday when I was eating my bagel (damn 8 flavors people forgot to toast it! argh!) my jaw kind of... snapped? popped? I can still talk and everything, but it hurts to open my mouth to a certain degree. Isn't that just peachy? No wisecracks, please. It really does hurt.
So yesterday I got up early (!) to go to the post office and get my DVDs... and swing by J-town to get HYD. But I ran into Bruce on the way to J-town, so I ended up going to Mikado Records during their sale, and I also got the FFX and FFX-2 Soundtracks for ubercheap! ^_^ Plus HYD #36, FMoS #5, and Kindaichi Case Files - Treasure Isle.
I have to jet to work as soon as Yu-Gi-Oh is over (aw man, more new ideas for fics! Damn you, Noah!! *shakes fist*), as I have a concession shift... but I get off at 615. I should be home by 715, so if anyone else who is dateless and bored wants to come over, feel free-- I don't have work tomrrow until 6pm. Of course, give me a call if you want to do anything... I don't have much in terms of food, though. Takeout, anyone? ^^;
Still gotta swing by the supermarket, too. Mata!
