But since .Mac actually comes in a boxed software package, and technically is a service, how is it any different from a piece of software or a service that you feel didn't meet expectations? Plus they offer a free trial of the stuff... so if I don't like it during the trial period, why couldn't I return it if it didn't live up to snuff?
